Kundalini Yoga consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, no matter your age or physical ability.
At its essence, Kundalini Yoga helps you to connect more deeply with yourself, and become more fully present and aware in each moment.
Classes vary greatly depending on what kriya is chosen for that session, but each class includes warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayam), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation.

We practice on Zoom online platform; the class lasts 1h and 30 min. Every lesson has a different topic At the end of the class, enjoying an infusion and healthy snacks, you’ll be able to share your experience and ask any questions.
I’ll be happy to give private classes in my apartment or in your home. You can practice alone or create a group of friends and colleagues. Choosing the day and the time that best fit your weekly schedule. Private classes are held in Italian or in English.

MOON RITUALS/SACRED CELEBRATIONS
Kundalini yoga is strictly connected to the nature and its cycles. In particular it gives us many tools to align our body and mind to the moon phases. I regularly host meditations and celebration on the full and new moon.

Chanting mantras is a conscious method of controlling and directing the mind. Their power is in the vibration. The mantras used in Kundalini yoga elevate or modify consciousness through their meaning and rhytmical repetition. When we chant a mantra we are choosing to invoke the positive power contained in those particular syllables.
